Attorney William Medford
Attorney William L. Medford received his Juris Doctorate in 1996 from Baylor University School of Law. While at Baylor, William participated in moot court and mock trials. And, since has published 98 legal articles in the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Journal, amongst other legal journals. In fact, certain of his articles have been cited as precedent by various court, including; but limited to, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
William is licensed to practice law in Texas both Federal and State, and has practiced in 37 states, the District of Puerto Rico, the District of Guam, and various foreign countries. Throughout his career, William has represented Debtors, Debtors-in-Possession, Chapter 7, 11, and 13 Trustees, Secured and Unsecured Creditors, Creditor Committees, PACA and PASA claimants and various other clients in bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy courts alike. William has published approximately 100 times in various legal journals, including, but not limited to, the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal. Certain of William’s articles have been cited by various Federal Bankruptcy, District, and Court of Appeals.
